our philosophy is captured in the fable of the hummingbird. the hummingbird inspires us to get moving, flap our wings and fly high.

The hummingbird (colibrí in spanish) is a symbol of Lightness, Adaptability, tenacity & Authenticity. The hummingbird effect (efecto colibrí in spanish) stays for transformation, co-creation & co-evolution.

The fable tells that one day there was a huge fire in the forest. All the animals fled in terror, for it was a terrible fire that devastated everything in its path. Suddenly, the animals saw the hummingbird pass over their heads... in the opposite direction, that is, towards the fire. They were very surprised, but did not want to stop. Instantly, they saw it fly again, this time in the same direction. And they watched it come and go again and again, until they decided to ask the little bird, because its behavior was very strange: What are you doing, hummingbird, they asked. I go to the lake," answered the bird, "I take water with my beak and throw it on the fire to put out the fire. The animals burst out laughing. Are you crazy," they said. Do you think you can put out the fire with your little beak all by yourself? Well," answered the hummingbird, "I'M GOING TO DO MY PART...". and we added "When we all do our part, we empower ourselves, we take responsibility and we are able to create new realities. Better realities for all."
