Inclusion starts with I

“Inclusion is a multilevel concept. Inclusion happens on different levels. It is about what you do as an organization, it’s about how inclusive your leaders are and it is about the interaction between people”. Inclusion is also very personal: It’s about me, Delia, feeling that I’m part of my team, that I’m appreciated for who I am, that I can bring my cultural background and that I will be encouraged to do so. It’s a balance between feeling that you belong  to your organization and feeling that you can bring your authentic self.” Delia Mensitieri.

In today´s episode Ana Amrein, Efecto Colibrí´s founder has the pleasure of tackling the paramount topic of diversity in the workplace with Clara de Bienassis and Delia Mensitieri.
